Herndon Festival Volunteer Registration

Thursday evening, May 31st:
Herndon Festival Fireworks from 8:30pm until 10:15pm


Help keep the firework area safe by being a marshal. You will be given a designated area near the Herndon Community Center to insure people/cars don't venture in the "unsafe zone" of the fireworks (i.e. street and golf course). You will report to the Community Center at 8:30pm. 15 Volunteer spots available. Rain or shine.

Sat, May 31st and Sunday June 1st:
Herndon Festival Business Expo


I. To Assist staff with Directing Exhibitors vehicles for unloading and loading materials into Booth Space (3-5 spots available for each time slot)

  1. To Assist staff with Directing Vendors to their Booth for Unloading Saturday 7:45am-9:45
  2. To Assist staff with Directing Vendor Traffic for Shut down Saturday
    4:45pm - 6:15pm
  3. To Assist staff with Directing Vendors with Unloading Sunday
    8:45am-10:45am
  4. To Assist staff with Directing VendorTraffic for Shut down Sunday
    4:45pm - 615pm
