The Hispanic Business Council (HBC) established in 2005 as an important part of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce. The mission of the Council is to bring together the Hispanic business community of the Washington Metropolitan area to promote strategic alliances and business relations with the large corporative businesses community, utilizing the Chamber programs.

The HBC originally created as a Committee, was elevated to Council in 2006, as result of their growing work dynamic, the raising number of membership, increasing activities in the area, in addition to the effective participation of their members to gain regional and national recognition.

The HBC has envisioned the development of the Dulles corridor as the region future economic center. To reach this vision, their members are working towards the increase of membership, implementing an effective service system to extend technical assistance to their members. The HBC maintains educational programs, information systems of their activities and local and state advocacy for measures to benefit and increase the Hispanic business development.
