Fairfax County holds an AAA rating from S&P, Moody's Investors Services and Fitch Investors Services.

Virginia was named the best managed state in the country and it is second in the nation for job growth. Northern Virginia alone enjoyed the recent creation of 94,000 new jobs and a low unemployment rate of 1.8%.
