Committee Mission: Our Chamber recognizes that we must stay connected to economic shifts both locally and globally. The Asian Business Committee serves as a respected resource to encourage and facilitate business with and for the Asian Community locally, nationally and internationally through the four initiatives of Education, Marketing, Cultural Awareness, and Networking.  The Committee is entirely non-political and non-partisan.

Projects:

• Global Mixer: We will educate area businesses to the economic advantages of doing business with the Asian Community through this signature Global Mixer.
• Lunar New Year Festival Event:  We educate area businesses of the traditions of the Asian culture surrounding the beginning of the Lunar New Year.

Social Venues at Area Restaurants: Create an environment where people from many nationalities can build cultural awareness and get to know one another in an informal business networking setting.

Meeting Schedule: Second Thursday of the month at 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM.
Once every quarter the Committee meets at a member's restaurant for lunch.
